Canine infectious respiratory disease (CIRD) complex, formerly known as kennel cough, is a contagious cause of acute-onset cough in dogs. To explain more, Langford Vets referral clinician Emi Barker joins this Vet Times Podcast.

Emi qualified from the University of Bristol in 2003, completed a PhD in companion animal infectious disease in 2011 and gained a European Diploma in Small Animal Internal Medicine in 2016.
